Sports Massage helps speed recovery time between sporting
events and training. It focuses on repairing tight/injured muscles and
joints. Sports massage releases tension and cramping in muscles, while
breaking down knots, and increasing muscle and joint flexibility.
Swedish Massage is
a relaxing and soothing method that focuses on increasing the oxygen
flow within blood and removing toxins from the body. It soothes the
nervous system, aids with digestion, and helps to tone muscles. Swedish
massage is a combination of many different massage techniques.
